What is needed to place an order?
Please register with iPartyPalace so later you can login to check your order status online 24/7. You will need to provide us with a name, phone number, email and address to register with iPartyPalace.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. Once your order has been submitted using our website, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation via email.
Can I still place an order over the phone?
Yes. You may still place an order by calling 909-660-0212. If we are not available, the fastest way to place an order is by registering and placing your order online add Promo Code Party for a discount.
Do I need to place a deposit?
Yes, a rental deposit is usually required. When reserving online a 50.00 rental deposit will be required. The remaining balance can be paid cash upon delivery or with a credit card or check paid before the delivery date. If paying with a check, the check must clear 3 days before your event date.
How do I pay the deposit?
iPartyPalace will send you a deposit form that can be filled out and emailed back with payment information or you can send a check to 4125 E Grand Ave. Pomona CA 91766 with your invoice number. Deposits are non-refundable non- transferable.
When does iPartyPalace pick up the rentals?
All of our rentals stay overnight with the exceptions to parks, un-gated front lawns or culs-de-sac. Same day pick-ups are done no later than 8:00pm. The office is closed on SUNDAYS. Saturday and Sunday event rentals are pick up on Sunday between 8:00AM to 12:00PM.

iParty Palace reserves the right to change delivery day or time with reasonable arrival times to accommodate better fuel efficient routes.

How far in advance should I place my order?
It is never to early to place your order and reserve your rental items. iPartyPalace strongly recommends you place your order as soon as possible to guarantee availability.
Does iParty Palace offer delivery and pickup?
Yes. We offer delivery and pick up. Delivery fees are based on timing, and location. For most areas, delivery services require a $50 minimum rental order. Quotes are for first floor locations. All equipment must be ready for pick up in a single location. Tables and chairs should be folded and stacked ready for pick up in a protected area. Linens should be free of food and dry to prevent staining and mildew. All china, silver, utensils, etc., should be rinsed and free of food and repacked in delivered containers.
What are your hours of delivery?
Normal delivery hours start on Friday 3-6PM or Saturday 8:00AM to 6:00PM. Pick-ups hours are 8:00AM to 3pm on Mondays.
What if there is an issue with the equipment rented, and it is after business hours?
iParty Palace offers clients with existing orders a 24 hour/7 days a week on-call service. If a problem arises, please call 909-660-0212.
Do you deliver to parks?
Yes we do deliver to parks, however there will be extra service fee. The fee is to cover the extra time and labor to get the items to the location.
We set up in most city parks. It is
your responsability to contact the park to reserve a space with them. Some
parks require you to pay a permit fee to the park and may also require
insurance wich we can provide for an additional$10.00 fee. They may also allow you to
use an electrical outlet, if they do not, you can rent a generator from us or
you can rent one on your own.
What if it is rainy or windy?
We understand that your event is very important, and strive to adjust the schedule to make things work. In the event of adverse weather conditions, iPartyPalace reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to gusty winds and heavy rain. The deposit is non-refundable.
What is your cancellation policy?
iPartyPalace has a 14 day cancellation policy. When an order is scheduled, we hold the items for you so it is guaranteed that you will receive the items the day of your party. If we book our inventory, we will turn people down to make sure our previous orders are made. 14 days allows us time to schedule other parties if you choose to cancel. If Less than a 14 day cancellation notice from the date of your party is given, the full amount of the item rental order will be charged.
